Hi lovely clients,
Thank you so much for choosing Hair by Ingrid – it truly means the world to me. As a small, independently run salon, every appointment and every person who walks through the door is incredibly important. These terms and conditions are here to help create a positive, respectful experience for everyone, while allowing me to continue doing what I love: making you feel beautiful, confident, and cared for.

💇🏽♀️ Booking Your Appointment

Every appointment is personally reserved just for you.

You can book easily online, or by reaching out to me directly. I’m always happy to help if you’re unsure what service to choose or if you want to chat first.
⏰ Arriving On Time

Your time is valuable, and so is mine – arriving on time ensures you receive the full care and attention you deserve.

If you’re running late, please call or text me as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to fit you in, but please understand that I may need to adjust the service length or reschedule, especially on busy days.
❌ Cancellations and No-Shows

Life happens – I completely understand. All I ask is for 24 hours’ to a 5 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me a chance to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
💳 Payments

I accept cash and account transfers in-salon.

Prices may vary slightly depending on your hair needs, but I will always discuss this with you before we begin. No surprises!
💬 If You’re Not 100% Happy

I want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns after your visit, please reach out within 5 days, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Your satisfaction and trust are everything to me.

Kindly note that changes due to a change of mind may not be complimentary, but I’ll always be honest and transparent with you.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or any health concerns, please let me know before your appointment. I’ll take every step to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

If you’re feeling unwell, please don’t hesitate to reschedule – your health and mine both come first.
👶🏼 Kids & Guests

I love seeing families in the salon! Children receiving services are very welcome. That said, the space is small and cozy, so I kindly ask that additional guests only attend if necessary.

For safety and relaxation reasons, little ones must be supervised at all times.
👜 Personal Belongings

I do my best to keep the salon clean and tidy, but please avoid bringing valuables. I can’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
📸 Photos & Social Media

I love celebrating your beautiful hair transformations (with your permission, of course!). If you're comfortable, I may snap a photo to share on my Instagram. No tags or names unless you say yes.

If you'd prefer your look stays private – just let me know, no questions asked!
🔄 Policy Updates
As the business grows and adapts, policies may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be shared via email or posted in the salon and online so you’re always in the loop.
